Custom Order Policy

At The Print Maven, every custom product is created specifically for you. Because personalized items are made to order, please review the following policy before placing your order.

Customization Approval

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all uploaded images, names, dates, text, and customization details are correct, complete, and suitable for printing before placing an order.

The Print Maven LLC is not responsible for errors provided by the customer during the ordering process.

The Print Maven LLC produces personalized products using customer-supplied photographs, artwork, text, and customization selections.

By uploading photographs, artwork, logos, text, or other content and completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the submitted materials constitute your final design approval.

Proofs and Design Changes

The Print Maven LLC does not provide design proofs, mockups, or final approval drafts prior to production unless specifically stated in the product listing.

Orders will be produced using the exact files and information submitted by the customer. Requests for changes after an order has been placed may not be possible once production has begun.

When a proof is provided (bulk orders only), customers must carefully review and approve all artwork before production begins.

Once a design proof has been approved, The Print Maven LLC is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or changes requested after approval.

Production Timeline

Production begins within three days of submission or once payment has been received and all required customization details have been provided.

Production and shipping times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, material availability, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customer-Supplied Images and Artwork

By submitting photographs, logos, artwork, or other content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have permission to use it.
The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
The content does not violate any applicable laws.

The Print Maven LLC reserves the right to refuse any order containing material that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

Customers grant The Print Maven LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted photographs, artwork, and other content solely for the purpose of creating, producing, fulfilling, and advertising, including but not limited to social media for the ordered products.

The Print Maven LLC will not sell or license customer-submitted photographs or artwork for commercial purpose without the customer's prior written consent.

The Print Maven LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-submitted content.

Colors and Product Appearance

Actual product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on screens due to monitor settings, printing processes, and material variations.

Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, or finish are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Returns and Exchanges

Because each item is personalized and created specifically for the customer, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by The Print Maven LLC, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery.

To request assistance, customers must provide:

Order number
Description of the issue
Photographs showing the problem

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.

Once design work, proof preparation, or production has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Limitation of Liability

The Print Maven LLC's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
